LOAN LIMIT INCREASE

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced a loan limit increase in the maximum conventional loan amount. In the Members Mortgage Services geographic area of eight central states, the new limit is $510,400. This will take effect January 1, 2020. MMS will administrate this change on all partner websites.
