Our Hiring Process
At MMS, we look for candidates with the right job skills and the right level of interest in what we do. Our hiring process is designed to find out whether you are the right fit to come grow with us. Generally, we will collect applications then contact candidates to schedule interviews. Part of our screening process will include a consumer credit check, skills testing, and reference and employment history verification.
