Jerry Grinstead
Jerry GrinsteadVice President of Production
Jerry loves the cooperative structure of the Credit Union movement and has spent more than two decades of his career using this structure to deliver financial services to consumers. Today, Jerry oversees all mortgage production functions including processing, underwriting and closing.

LaShauna’s number one priority is member service. That has been true since joining the Credit Union movement two decades ago. She ensures Credit Unions and their Members experience superior service through her leadership of our training programs and quality control initiatives.
Pam Beshears

Pam manages mortgage servicing and loss mitigation. In this role, she finds it especially rewarding to educate Loan Officers and Members about the after-closing-reality of how escrow and mortgage insurance works, why maintaining a credit worthy payment history is important, and how to work through the struggles of home ownership.
